Ingredients
6 Lincolnshire Pork, Lincolnshire Sausages
3 Free Range Eggs
200g Plain Flour
300ml Milk
Pinch of salt
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 200°
- Add oil and sausages to a pan and cook on the hob till brown.
- While sausages are cooking whisk the three eggs in a large bowl and add flour and a pinch of salt.
- Continue whisking and slowly add milk. **the ideal mixture will be a bit runny, if the mix is too thick add more milk.
- Put some oil in the baking dish you wish to use and heat in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Once the sausages have browned add them to the pre-heated baking dish and pour Yorkshire mixture over the top covering all the sausages.
- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes. **Keep the oven door closed until ready to serve!

Notes
- Make sure the oven is really hot and keep the door shut until it's done, no matter how tempting it might be!
- Make sure your Dish is also very hot before adding the mix. If you can use the pan you used to cook the sausages!
